About the role

You'll provide direct patient care across the shift: completing assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, and documenting accurately in the chart. You'll coordinate with physicians and allied health on care plans, educate patients and families, and supervise or delegate to practical nurses and aides where appropriate. You'll advocate for your patients and escalate quickly when a situation is deteriorating.
